These terms govern your use of Agent Larkin, provided by theaibakkie.com, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
1. The service
Agent Larkin is an IT service management platform with an AI assistant. It lets you log and track tickets, incidents, changes and assets, search a knowledge base and automate routine IT work.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by your organisation or through sign-up and may need approval.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@theaibakkie.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law or anyone else's rights while using the service;
- try to access data or features you are not authorised for, or test the service's security without our written permission;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringing;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Your content
You and your organisation keep ownership of the tickets, messages, files and other content you submit. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide and support the service. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
5. AI features
Answers, summaries and suggested actions from the AI assistant are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check them before relying on them. Actions that change your systems are logged and, depending on your organisation's settings, require human approval. You remain responsible for decisions made using AI output.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers and may connect to tools your organisation uses. Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove features, and will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to theaibakkie.com and its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in it beyond using the service as described.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
